Project Assessment
Whether you are renovating your existing space, or building new–every new project begins with an initial phone call to discuss your design needs and goals. From there, we will set up an appointment in your space to review layout, and discuss materials for your project. At this meeting, I will have the opportunity to listen to your ideas, provide valuable suggestions and offer a fresh perspective.
Design Development
Once I’ve gathered your vision for the space, I immediately go to work to create plans or layouts, and develop a project outline. This outline is specifically tailored for you, and will be used as a guide as we select materials for your project.
Material Specification
Together, we will visit a variety of showrooms and select the materials, fixtures and finishes needed for your project. These include, but are not limited to: appliances, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, lighting, tile, flooring, trim, paint and stain colors, and assistance with furnishings. As material selections are completed, I will share them with your contractor.
Project Management
During this phase, I will be engaging regularly through correspondence and site visits with you, your architect, builder and subcontractors to ensure that the project remains stress-free, and aligns with your vision and needs–from start to finish.
